‘What if we’re the ants in this network of civilisations?’ asks UFO expert, as he says we should prepare for imminent ET contact
Aliens have under-ocean bases and are trying to dissuade the human race away from nuclear weapons, due to the potential catastrophic damage.
In some quarters, that statement would see you dismissed as a crank.
But not for Gary Heseltine, vice president of the newly formed International Coalition of Extraterrestrial Research (ICER).
They are a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Portugal comprising scientists, researchers, and academics from 27 nations. Their mission statement is: Preparing for Contact.
Every member of ICER has signed an oath underlining their core belief.
Heseltine explains: “It says after 70 years of worldwide research, we think the evidence points to something that is real, acts with intelligence and is likely to be extraterrestrial, and non-human.”
Yes, ICER thinks aliens exist and that they frequently visit Earth.
It sounds like a plot from a Hollywood movie, but the group is serious, and keen to discuss its theories rationally and evidentially.
Heseltine, a former British police detective, explained: “My remit and ICER’s remit is what would stand up in a hypothetical court of law.
“We should be preparing now for the possibility this is real, as the evidence says it’s real. We are dealing with something that’s gone beyond lights in the sky.
“To put it in perspective, in three percent of cases worldwide there’s something that is a genuine phenomenon, that defies explanation after investigation. Three percent of millions of cases over the last 70 years is a lot.”
Some experts report these crafts flying at hypersonic speeds, pulling a g-force of 600, with no wings or propulsion system. (As a comparison, an F-16 can only fly at half that speed and pull 9G).
There is also a fighter pilot’s account of seeing a craft drop from 60,000 feet to 50 feet in 0.8 seconds.
Heseltine talks of observables with UFO or UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) that include instant acceleration, instant stop, instant reversal on the same track, all with no deceleration, and right-angle turns with no declaration at the point of turn.
Others are truly hard to wrap one’s mind around: ICER says these crafts can switch from being invisible to visible in the click of a finger. And all emit no noise.
Experts agree this is all beyond military capabilities – even secret, advanced programs. “This is why ICER is pushing for governments to release information to be studied,” Heseltine says. “The performance is simply things we can’t do.
“ICER wants the scientific data released from these incidents; telemetry, radar, performance characteristics, as the more scrutiny of the actual data, the more ICER believes that it will quickly prove to be something that is not man-made.”

“What a coincidence,” Hesletine opines. “I think when we detonated our first atomic weapons, it sent an invisible shockwave out into space that was picked up by other civilisations who then realised that this creature on this planet had reached a level of technical achievement that it was able to split the atom.”
Continuing the theory, Heseltine explains how the 509th Operations Group of the US Air Force was the first squadron to have nuclear weapons. It was their pilots who dropped the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs.
And their HQ?
Walker Air Force Base, which is near Roswell in New Mexico and where the infamous alien crash incident allegedly occurred in 1947.
Since then, according to Heseltine, other nuclear incidents have occurred, such as a Soviet Union missile silo being turned on in 1982 seemingly by itself and US silos being inexplicably turned off.
This combines with ICER’s feelings that aliens have been creating bases in the deep trenches of our oceans.
Heseltine asks: “Wouldn’t it then make sense that they would not want to see the Earth destroyed in a mutually assured destruction war that would render the planet toxic?
“It would make sense for them to come out and say ‘we don’t think you should be playing with nuclear weapons.’
“America has been the most powerful nation on Earth probably because they did recover a craft in 1947. Everyone says that anybody who got that technology would instantly become the most powerful nation on Earth. I suspect that is what happened, and America thought they were invincible when they recovered that technology.
“We can’t prove all that; the Roswell incident you can prove circumstantially, but in terms of can we produce the definitive alien body? No. Can we give you the definitive piece or part of the crash? No.”
That again chimes with ICER’s agenda, as they estimate 90 percent of UFO information is locked away by governments.
“We’re calling for transparency,” demands Heseltine. “In the end, you’re not going to get 70 years of secret government special access programs the Americans have been involved in. They’re not going to volunteer all that.
“But now at least recognise these things are flying around, we don’t know what they are, they can come and go with impunity, and let’s now throw everything on a global basis for a common aim.”
There is one case where ICER feels there is credibility that secret programs exist.
Gary McKinnon was a Scottish hacker who broke into the US military computer system.
America tried to extradite him, but the then-prime minister, Theresa May, prevented it.
In an BBC interview, McKinnon discussed how he was looking for UFO-related information and saw a picture of a craft: “This thing was hanging in space, the Earth's hemisphere visible below it, and no rivets, no seams, none of the stuff associated with normal man-made manufacturing.”
Heseltine thinks the McKinnon case is revealing, adding: “You could argue they are just doing their job as he broke the law, or did they really want to protect some of the things he said he saw and spoke about?
“If it went to trial, a lot of top UFO scientists and researchers would have helped him, and it would have opened up in a public court this wider issue of UFOs, and at that time the Americans certainly didn’t want to talk about [it].
“Right now, there is no corroboration as it’s one man’s account and he can’t produce the evidence of what he said he saw.”

He explains: “The design of that was to make the collection and collation of material in the UK nigh on impossible and it worked. You cannot get any accurate figures for how many cases are seen in the UK.”
ICER wants all that to stop, for everything to be documented, and for the notion of aliens to be introduced into the mainstream. They are in the process of building a body of work they hope will gain them special consultative status at the United Nations.
Heseltine urges: “Let’s have an adult discussion, sit round the table and talk about this from a one world approach. This is not an American, Russian, or Chinese problem, it’s a world issue and we should look at it as one global race, the human race.
“And if it turns out that we’re just ants in the playground and we’re very primitive, which I suspect we are, then why should ET talk to an ant? When we go to the playground and look down, we don’t talk to ants, do we? We think we’re sophisticated and they can’t understand us. What if we’re the ants in this global network of civilisations?”
But then that begs the question: if we are of a lesser intelligence then why bother to try to connect with us?
Heseltine’s theory is that Earth is a great place for a holiday if you’re an alien. “We send probes out into the solar system and beyond, we’re only doing what they’ve done, but they’ve done it quicker as they are millions of years ahead of us.
“People ask me, why do they come here? I don’t know why they come here, but my pet theory is this planet in this part of the cosmic neighbourhood is a bit like an oasis in the desert because it’s so full of water, rich in diverse life, I think we’re a bit like the Great Barrier Reef.
“We go to places that are interesting, so if you were a space tourist, why wouldn’t you come to Planet Earth and just observe the minions?”
ICER had eagerly anticipated the US government’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) report, which was billed as opening up the American archives and revealing all of what’s been kept secret since Roswell.
The nine-page document was issued by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on Friday, stating that between 2004 and 2021 there have been 144 cases of flying objects, but only one can be explained. That was judged to be a large, deflating balloon.
In the remaining cases, the American authorities stated they “lack sufficient information in our dataset to attribute incidents to specific explanations.” And while, according to a senior US official, there were “no clear indications that there is any non-terrestrial explanation,” they didn’t specifically rule out the possibility.

The statement went on to say: “ICER encourages that all relevant parties work together for the greater good of establishing the truth about these craft. ICER is confident that the more scientific research is undertaken, the data will ultimately confirm that Planet Earth is being engaged by extraterrestrial/non-human intelligences.”
Heseltine feels the report will create an unstoppable momentum that started with a New York Times article in 2017 showing video footage of crafts that had no resemblance to anything we know about.
We could be reaching the point where UFOs and aliens are no longer science fiction.
Heseltine contends: “The pressure is building, that dam will eventually shatter and collapse. We’re not there yet, but I think in six months to a year's time, if the momentum gets building, then the dam will quickly break.
“That’s when we’re into what we call Big Disclosure; you’ll know when it happens as it’ll be 24/7 on every news channel like Covid.
“There will be implications psychologically for mankind to get their head around and some people will have a difficult time.
“Some will think we’re going to be invaded like Independence Day. In reality there could be a lot of positives. What if they said, ‘we have a cure for cancer?’ What if we didn’t have to use fossil fuels – they might have an anti-gravity machine and that would help the climate and planet?
“Everybody, whether it’s scientists, academics, the man and woman on the street, everyone will say it’s the most profound moment in human history.”
The reaction to Covid has shown that
the ‘unity through crises’ model of the global ruling class has backfired. As
talk of UFOs intensifies, are they now hoping that mankind can be unified by an
extra-terrestrial threat?
When enforced narratives fail, abrupt U-turns are
inevitable. The global Ministry of Truth is now openly promoting the Wuhan lab
leak theory when not savaging the darlings of yesteryear’s ‘coronapocalypse’.
One such fall guy is the British mathematical
epidemiologist Professor Neil Ferguson, whose Covid-19 contagion model
paralleled the 3.5-hour pandemic simulation exercise called
Event 201 in
October 2019. Up to 65 million people were projected to die from this
contagion. Unsurprisingly, a common denominator
between both projections was the omnipresent Microsoft, which helped ‘tidy up’
Ferguson’s code. Experts and politicians the world over naturally “listened to the science,”
mirroring a teenager’s hysterics over another supposedly
existential issue.
Now, however, shadow-banned links are emerging from
Google’s search limbo to inform us that Ferguson’s code was in fact a “buggy mess” that
looked “more like a bowl of angel hair pasta than a finely tuned piece of
programming,” according to one data expert. This is what our endless
lockdowns and coercive vaccination programs were based on.
The ‘unity through crises’ model of the ruling class
is backfiring, and the credibility of their political marionettes is plumbing
new depths. The World Economic Forum’s prophesied “cyber pandemic,” if
it ever transpires, will only to serve to harden growing public scepticism.
Besides, such an event will only prove that the building blocks of the WEF’s Great Reset were
in fact built on the ‘pastafarian’ codes of Big Tech. Blaming Russian or
Chinese bogeymen may not work anymore.
It is not just our cybersystems that are wobbling on
dodgy foundations; our entire global systems are
primed for a mighty fall. Instead of unity, manifold planetary crises are
leading to social fissures of
an unprecedented proportion. Mankind can no longer be unified through
internally generated crises. The Great Reset project needs to be salvaged by
something more exogenous… perhaps something extraterrestrial? Coincidentally,
the mainstream narrative is veering in that direction.
Many years ago, the author had gamed out two
interlinked scenarios that could engender global order in an elitist-induced
chaos. We will now delve into that bizarro world…
The Pentagon’s alien UFO ‘disclosures’
The build-up to the unclassified Pentagon report on
Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) – the new euphemism for extraterrestrials
(ETs) and Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) – was preceded by a confusing raft
of mainstream admissions over
their existence. During a late-night show in May, former US President Barack Obama quipped that “when it comes to
aliens, there are some things I just can’t tell you on-air,” before confirming
that there were indeed sightings of physics-defying objects in the sky.
This admission was straddled by more bizarre claims.
According to Luis Elizondo, former director of the US military’s Advanced
Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), extraterrestrials are
fascinated by earthling nuclear technologies (in spite of the Chernobyl,
Fukushima and Three Mile Island disasters).
Now, hold that thought for a second: Is it logical for
aliens to waste galactic time, travel, and resources to probe the secrets of
our primitive nuclear capabilities? We do not even have a prototype for a
nuclear-powered mission to Mars, much less the ability to resolve obstacles
associated with fusion and pebble bed reactors. Elizondo estimates that current
UFO technologies could be “anywhere between 50 to 1,000 years ahead of us…” In
technological terms, that is a wildly guesstimate timeline that spans aeons,
between the supersonic and ‘Star Trek’ epochs. Besides, they seemed
light years ahead of us when the first UFO sightings were documented nearly a
century ago.
This is now mainstream study.
While vaccine sceptics are viciously trolled and censored as conspiracy
theorists on terra firma, no such constraints are placed on cartoonish claims
that a “Galactic Federation” of
extraterrestrials are working overtime for the ultimate good of mankind.
General Haim Eshed, the former head of Israel’s military space division, even
claimed that the US and Israeli governments have been roped in for this
interstellar project. According to the general, the aliens have “signed a
contract with us to experiment here,” but earthlings should not be worried,
as ETs are merely looking to enlist them as “helpers” in their quest to “understand
the universe.”
One is hard-pressed to understand how the Israeli
government can trust aliens even as it wars with its immediate neighbours.
Perhaps Eshed had anticipated this question with the following rationale: “They
want to make us sane and understanding first. They waited until today for
humanity to evolve and reach a stage where we will understand what space and
spaceships are.” If Eshed had been discerning the signs, it would have been
clear that “sanity” and the “US government” no longer gelled in the same
sentence.
However, for the express purpose of scenario simulation,
let us take these revelations at face value. Questions arise, beginning with
those of a comedic nature. Just which Harvard legal eagle was responsible for
drafting this binding contract with aliens when (s)he was not perfecting the
finer points of critical race theory and the colour-coded
taxonomy of mankind? Which court will act as the arbitrator? Why are ETs
seeking the help of a fractured, primitive species to “understand the universe”
if their own technologies are light years ahead?
The choice of the United States as a galactic partner
also casts these supposed aliens in a very poor light. Why did these benevolent
entities remain silent when the US was warring incessantly against much of
mankind? Did ETs concur that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction?
Did they throw their weight behind the US’ support of
the genocidal Khmer Rouge regime in the 1970s and the Free Syrian Army decades
later? Is it essential for humans to evolve, purify, and enlighten themselves
through bloodletting and genocide? This is the Darwinian worldview of Adolf
Hitler.
If there is an iota of truth to Eshed’s claims, then
one must infer that the entities he invoked are not benign.
Overall, mainstream admissions such as these read like
a poorly written sci-fi plot. They also contradict the fringe theory that human
evolution was expedited by ET tinkering with human DNA,
giving rise to legends of ‘gods’ in various religions. If they possessed such
capabilities millions of years ago as per a conventional evolutionary timeline,
then the cure for Covid-19 would have been delivered yesterday.
It’s unlikely the UFO report will unify mankind
against an extraterrestrial other, as many globalists secretly hope – despite a
USA Today
headline which reads: “UFOs have done what Covid-19 never has: Unite
Republicans and Democrats in Congress.”
Likewise, any physical manifestation of ‘aliens’ down
the line may be instinctively viewed as a machination of global elitists and
their Big Tech partners. There is, however, a particular binary set of
circumstances under which alien manifestations could be used to coerce global
unity.
Order out of chaos
While the Davos crowd works towards a Great Reset or a
New World Order or whatever, there is just one niggling problem: hardly any of
them possesses a scintilla of credibility any more. Their sole accomplishment
thus far has been the enrichment of the top 0.001% at the expense of a growing
horde of renters. These sociopaths even have the gall to declare that we “will
still be happy” with our serfdom by 2030.
It is therefore logical to assume that any Great Reset
would be inalienably contingent on the denunciation and punishment of its very
architects. It would be a highly placating outcome for the vast disenfranchised
masses that had been reeling from years of pastafarian technological promises,
lockdown regimes, and woke propaganda. A series of incriminating leaks may
emerge to expose the culprits in flagrante delicto. This may include
irrefutable evidences of rigged financial markets, pandemic shenanigans, and
literal skeletons in the closet. Is it a coincidence that the global elite are
now feverishly censoring free speech under the guise of combating ‘fake news’?
They will need total panoptic control by 2030, and they are running out of
time.
The fightback against the Great Reset will be recast
as a populist revolution to undo all the wrongs done against humanity. The
chorus of ‘never again’ may ring out once more, this time
without tribal boundaries. Out of this populist cauldron may emerge a great
unifier, a world leaderwho will unite mankind and restore our broken societies
under a brand new global order – perhaps in concert with the alleged help of
otherworldly entities. Let’s face it: a desperate generation is a gullible one.
If this scenario sounds preposterous, bear in mind
that it broadly resonates with biblical end-times eschatology.
Otherwise, it made little sense for Pope Francis to declare that he was willing
to baptize aliens when
the moment arrives. Baptism is the formal act of initiation into the Christian
faith; an act of believing in the ultimate salvation of all “men” (“anthropos”
in the original Greek of 1 Timothy 4:10 and
similar verses). “Anthropos” solely refers to humans; not extraterrestrial
entities. Is the Pope toying with the idea of a new universal religion
alongside a new universal society?
This hybrid “plan of universal salvation” is somewhat
echoed in Isaac Asimov’s ‘Foundation’trilogy. In Asimov’s series, two
separate galactic civilizations were established for the long-term
survivability of mankind. The one based on science and technology ultimately
failed; the other, based on psychic wizardry, succeeded. Wouldn’t it be
more potent to combine both paradigms, if this were possible?
At the end of the day, though, current mainstream UAP
chatter may be directed by a very down-to-earth agenda. As the Intelligencer
reports: “Perhaps
after wasting over $1.6 trillion on the disastrous F-35, spending over $2.26
trillion on the war in Afghanistan, and facing a flat budget for 2021, the
Pentagon simply wants a flashy reason to demand more money.”
Aliens or not, global order cannot be accomplished
without an omnipotent and omniscient military. Beam the budget up, Scotty!
